Returns and refunds – Right of withdrawal
These conditions apply to all orders shipped to Italy and to European Union countries.
Right of withdrawal (14 days)
Consumer customers may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of the delivery date, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, write to assistenza@autoevostore.it stating your order number, first and last name and the products to be returned.
Return conditions
- product intact, unused and undamaged;
- in its original packaging, with seals and labels intact;
- packed appropriately for transport.
For safety and hygiene reasons we do not accept returns of products that have been opened, used or whose seals have been compromised.
Return costs
The cost of sending the product back to us is paid by the customer, unless the product is defective or there was a shipping error attributable to us.
Refund
After receiving and inspecting the return, we refund the amount paid within 14 days, including any standard delivery costs paid for the order, using the same payment method used for the purchase. The refund may be withheld until we have received the product or proof that it has been sent back.
Defective or incorrect products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective or different from the one ordered, write to us within a few days of delivery with some photos: we will arrange the return at no cost to you.
