    By using the website and purchasing our products you accept these Terms and conditions. Please read them before proceeding with your purchase.

    2. Acceptance of terms

    By making a purchase you accept these Terms and conditions. If you do not accept them, please do not proceed with the purchase.

    3. Orders and payments

    • Orders are placed through the website. The contract is concluded with the order confirmation sent by email.
    • We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.
    • We may refuse orders in case of payment problems or incorrect data.

    4. Prices and availability

    • All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT.
    • The price applied is the one shown at the time of the order. Prices and availability may change without notice for future orders.

    5. Shipping

    • We ship to Italy (free shipping) and to all European Union countries, with costs based on the weight of the order: up to 10 kg 19,99 €, from 11 to 25 kg 29,99 €, from 26 to 50 kg 34,99 €.
    • The shipping cost is always shown at checkout before payment.
    • Estimated delivery times: Italy 24/48 working hours, European Union 3–7 working days from handover to the courier. They may vary depending on the destination and the courier. Details on the Shipping page.

    6. Right of withdrawal, returns and refunds

    Consumers may withdraw within 14 days of delivery, under the conditions set out on the Returns and refunds page.

    7. Legal guarantee

    The legal guarantee of conformity provided for by the Italian Consumer Code (Codice del Consumo, Legislative Decree 206/2005) applies to consumers. In the event of a defective or non-conforming product, contact us at assistenza@autoevostore.it.

    8. Liability

    • AUTO EVO RICAMBI S.R.L. is not liable for damage resulting from improper use of the products.
    • It is the customer's responsibility to check the grade and specification required for their vehicle in the owner's manual and to follow the manufacturer's instructions.

    9. Intellectual property

    Texts, images and logos on the website are the property of AUTO EVO RICAMBI S.R.L. or their respective owners. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.

    10. Changes to the terms

    We may change these Terms at any time; changes apply to orders placed after their publication on the website.

    11. Governing law and jurisdiction

    These Terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumers, the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile has jurisdiction, as provided for by the Italian Consumer Code. Consumers resident in another European Union country retain the benefit of the more favourable protective rules of their own country.
