Shipping – AUTO EVO STORE
1) Where we ship
We ship to Italy and to all European Union countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Hungary.
2) Shipping costs
Italy: free shipping on all orders.
European Union (the cost depends on the weight of the order; for our oils 1 litre = 1 kg):
- up to 10 kg: 19,99 €
- from 11 to 25 kg: 29,99 €
- from 26 to 50 kg: 34,99 €
The exact cost is calculated and shown at checkout before payment. For international orders over 50 kg please contact us: we will prepare a dedicated quote for you.
3) Processing time
Orders are prepared and handed over to the courier within 1 working day of payment confirmation (except public holidays).
4) Delivery times
Italy: approximately 24/48 working hours after handover to the courier; islands and remote areas may take a few extra days.
European Union: approximately 3–7 working days after handover to the courier, depending on the destination country; you can follow the delivery with the tracking code.
5) Tracking
After shipping you will receive an email with the tracking code to follow your delivery.
6) Duties and taxes
Shipments to European Union countries are not subject to customs duties. Prices shown on the website include VAT.
